Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative software solutions to meet the complex needs of our clients;
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency;
- Collaborate with our IT Manager to identify and prioritize project requirements;
- Demonstrate strong self-management skills, including setting and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision;
- Thrive in a dynamic, small company environment where teamwork and adaptability are essential.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-stack development, with expertise in React or NextJS;
- Strong background in backend development, with experience working on.NET and/or other relevant technologies;
- Knowledge of C#,.NET, Web API, OOP/OOD, and JavaScript;
- Experience with microservices, RESTful API, and database design;
- Solid understanding of database management, including query writing and analysis;
- Knowledge of cloud hosting and management for web projects, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud;
- Ability to analyze and debug performance and caching issues;
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with client-side development, preferably with React or NextJS;
- Experience with server-side development, preferably with.NET or other relevant technologies;
- Demonstrable workflow skills, including experience with GitHub, Gitlab, or similar tools;
- Previous experience in the online trading, banking, or brokerage industry;
- Knowledge of ASP.NET Core and TypeScript;
- Experience with Vercel and Firebase or other real-time document databases.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position;
- Indeterminate contract;
- Day shift;
- English and Italian are mandatory languages;
