Our leading Swiss trading house active in environmental commodities is offering an internship opportunity within its ETS Trading Desk to join our team as a Data Entry Intern for Shipping in the EU ETS.

**About the role**:

- Accurately entering and managing data related to shipping companies in the EU ETS registry.
- Assisting shipping companies with preparing and submitting the necessary documentation for registry opening and compliance.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with national registries across the EU.
- Communicating effectively with shipping companies, internal teams, and national registries.
- Actively participating in training sessions and learning opportunities to deepen your understanding of the EU ETS and shipping regulations.

**You will have the opportunity to**:

- Provide support for the daily operations of the trading desk.

**Who you are**
- Last year student of master’s degree in finance with a major on Finance or Economics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous internship experience is considered advantageous.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset are highly preferred.
- Hands-on approach to work, practical engagement, and active participation.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and team-oriented person.
- Able to operate in a multicultural environment.
- A good level of English proficiency is required.
