- IN A NUTSHELL: We're looking for a results-driven SDR with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Take an active role in shaping our culture and the future of grape

**Requirements**:
- **️ What you will be working on**:
- You will be the **face of grape** and **represent us across the swiss market**:
- Actively seek out **new sales opportunities** through **multiple channels** including Linkedin, Cold Calling and E-mail
- Qualify leads from **marketing campaign**s** as sales opportunities
- **Set up meetings** or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- **Coordinate** **sales effort** with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of **best practices** and promotional trends
- Continuously **improve** through feedback
- Expedite the resolution of **customer problems** and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Use **customer feedback** to generate ideas about new features or products
**About you**

- You have **excellent verbal and written** communication skills in **German and English.**:
- Proven work experience as a **Sales Representative**:
- **Prioritizing**, **time management** and **organizational skills**:
- **Highly motivated** and target driven
- Excellent selling, negotiation and **communication skills**:
- Ability to create and **deliver presentations** tailored to the audience needs
- Experience with **CRM software** (e.g. Hubspot)
- **Hands-on experience** with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
