- Abklärung und Unterstützung von Wertschriftenabwicklungen (z.B. Aktien, Anleihen, Derivate, Optionen) für Kunden mit Aufträgen frei von Zahlung und auch gegen Zahlung" in Bezug auf Instruktionsformate (SWIFT ISO15022), Bestandsüberprüfung, Deadlines und Spezialitäten unter Einhaltung der hohen Qualitätsanforderungen und der geforderten Reaktionszeiten
- Telefonische und schriftliche Auskunft in Englisch und Deutsch gegenüber Kunden bezüglich Marktusanzen in über 50 Ländern (inkl. Schweiz, USA, Luxemburg, UK und Belgien) und Wertschriftentransfers
- Telefonische und schriftliche Interaktion mit internen und externen Schnittstellen wie Network Management, Position Management, Client Relation Manager, Corporate Actions, Entitlement, Valoren
- und Kundenstammdaten, Reconciliation, Depotstellen in mehreren Ländern, International Central Securities Depositories (ICSDs) und Central Securities Depositories (CSDs)
- Optimierung von Abwicklungsabläufen, Prozessbeschreibungen und Team Collaboration Side
- Sicherstellen der Tagfertigkeit und Überwachen von Pendenzen
**Das bringst du mit**
- Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Matura; Banklehre und Kenntnisse im Bankenumfeld und Bereich Settlement von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (Niveau B2) in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Selbständige Persönlichkeit mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und proaktiver, effizienter Arbeitsweise
- Professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden sowie internen und externen Schnittstellen
- Kommunikative, leistungsbereite und flexible Persönlichkeit
