**HRTP Data Lead**:

The HR Transformation Program is a business-led program that will help to underpin the new ABB Way operating model and the decentralization agenda. It is a key step in modernizing the HR part of our legacy ERP estate and will create sustainable benefits for ABB. As the HR Data Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and directing how HR data definition, consumption, and governance will be impacted by the future HR system landscape in scope for HRTP to deliver a world class data management capability for driving business decisions and growth. You will evaluate and if needed adjust existing data procedures and policies and work closely with global functions to collect, prepare, organize, protect, and analyze data assets that will be impacted by the new HR system landscape, while ensuring that ABB HR meets industry best practices. It will also be expected of you to align and educate all key stakeholders as part of this process. The role reports to the HR Transformation Head.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for identifying implications on HR data scope, definitions and governance due to the new processes and systems, including downstream systems and collaborating with global and local HR Master Data responsible to ensure required adjustments to policies and procedures will be prepared.
- Responsible for building the processes, rules, and thresholds to measure and monitor the quality of the HR data consumed by the program for e.g. data migrations and business processes. Continuously ensure that all solutions can be taken over by Business as Usual (BAU) and sustained in HR BAU.
- Accountable to identify which HR data will be required within the future HRIS landscape, where it is maintained, and how it will be used / consumed to ensure high quality end-to-end HR process delivery and provision of relevant data from outside HR (e.g. Finance).
- Responsible for assessing implications on HR data definitions in light of the new HR system landscape, defining transformation rules, and matching and flow of data through established interfaces from a functional point of view (e.g. data relevant for executing payroll). Oversee the impact of integrating new technologies and M&A related projects on data standards and structures.
- Provide leadership to ensure compliance of data used in the program, especially data privacy / GDPR ongoing
- Engaging with senior business stakeholders to understand their business needs and establishing a strong data-driven approach to decision making across the organization.

**Your background**:

- Minimum 12 years of overall progressive experience - including leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs with influence across the organization and within complex contexts. Minimum 5 years in Data Analytics leadership role.
- Experience in integrating complex, cross-corporate processes and information strategies, and/or designing strategic metrics and scorecards.
- Information strategy experience - Experience in strategic technology planning and execution, and policy development and maintenance.
- Ability to effectively drive business, culture and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment.
- Gravitas to develop a framework for information and analytics governance, as well as to sell and embed it in all levels of the business.
- Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills.
- Excellent communication skills: present and report activities in a clear and effective way, sensitive to communication steps related to all levels of stakeholders.
- Proven senior stakeholder management experience
- Ability to work across different time zones/cultures
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Problem solving skills, systematic approach to a problem, understanding consequences in a systemic manner.
- Project Management Certification (PMP) a plus.
