**Marketing & Communication Manager (M/F)**
- This position in a permanent contract based in our headquarters in Mex, near Lausanne.
Reporting solid line to the Business Unit Service and Performance Marketing Director and dotted line to the BOBST Group Marketing & Communication Director.
The Marketing & Communication Manager primary task is to build and execute the communication plan to support demand creation for BOBST services and solutions and ensure proper customer information.
The mission also encompasses Marketing & Communication activities supporting ou tools like: BOBST Connect, Tooling, Digital Inspection Table, myBOBST.
The role is critical to maintain the strong position of BOBST and his leadership in services. The role requires to lead and demonstrate passion for services to clients in the packaging industry and to be a team player while orchestrating many tasks in parallel.

**As a Marketing & Communication Manager (M/F), you will**:

- Manage a team of 2
- Ensure that the product/services/solution value proposition is effectively defined resonating to the customer and supporting the BOBST industry vision;
- Build and execute on-going communication campaigns to target audience in a relevant way and cost effectively to generate leads;
- With product managers, support in building new services to better address customer pain points and define how to best communicate them;
- Ensure salespeople have the proper sales tools and insights on competition;
- Work closely with Group Marketing and Communication department to leverage expertise and State-Of-The-Art tools & platforms all supporting the BOBST branding, messaging and the CRM platform;
- Actively participate in the regular calls scheduled with the BOBS Product Lines & the Central Marketing and Communication resources.

**Your key responsibilities**
- **Planning** - The Marketing & Communication Manager works closely with the business unit Marketing Director and the product managers to ensure we have a precise and actionable marketing & communication plan.
**Marketing campaigns** - Deploy successful demand generation campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- **Events & Webinars** - Planning and execution according to guidelines/infrastructure of Group Marcom
- **PR & Social Media** - Plan and execute activities to increase awareness and create demand with Group MarCom PR & SoMe Lead. Brunton Publications relationship is critical.
- **Associations** - Engage effectively with leading regional/local associations.
- **Customer stories**. Define and build a program where salespeople can access relevant stories from across the globe
- **Management of collaterals** - In collaboration with the product managers, define the set of collaterals required to support the business needs. Ensure quality and availability.
- ** Budget Management** - Plan, communicate to regions, track and report. Find synergies between Business Units.
- ** Internal/External infographics** - Creation of relevant assets when required - linkages to an agency when required
- **Competence Center, and other internal exhibition areas** - ensure that the BUSP content is up to date and deployed effectively
- **Sales tool** - create and manage all the sales tools - ensure up-to-date content and track usage. Link to BUPC sales tools program manager to build synergies

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven B:B Marketing and Experience
- Fluent in English - spoken and written
- At least 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a management position
- Graphic Industry - Packaging industry experience is a plus
- Appetence for technical products and complex machinery industry
- Ability to engage with sales and Marketing & Communication people (BOBST employees and local agents), as well as product marketing managers
- Ability to deal with multiple projects in parallel
- Ability to present internally and externally
- Ability to write for social media channels
- Team player
