Digital Content Manager

BSA - Bobst Mex SA

Reporting to the Group Marketing & Communication department, you will lead and orchestrate strategic digital platforms supporting Product Lines and Regional activities.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Manage the content and develop strategies that drive customers to the BOBST website
- Help improve and upgrade the different platforms by signaling any malfunctions, finding solutions, and proposing areas for improvement.
Ability to create videos reflecting on the Bobst Group activities
- Monitor traffic performance
- Help develop on-line advertising strategies and tactics
- Provide reports on analytics from the digital on-line activities to PL MarCom Managers
- Management of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system by organizing, editing, deleting, and distributing on request digital assets, helping overall efficiency
- Ensures the BOBST brand is uniform around the world
- Contribute to updates of the “Corporate PowerPoint” presentations so they thoroughly reflect our value proposition, messaging
- Creative innovative and relevant infographics
- Within Central Group MarCom you will join ad-hoc projects to help deploy new tools to increase our communication capabilities.

**Requirements**:
Operating skills
- Proven work experience as a Digital content specialist or Digital marketing manager (at least 5 years min.) in an International context / international company
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple requests at the same time and to manage priorities
- Highly organized with an excellent ability to manage emergencies
- Flexibility to adjust to new circumstances
- Creative mind able to come with new ideas
- Good communication and social skills
- Strong team player as content comes from various sources
- Experience in working with agencies

Technical skills
- Familiarity with web and content management systems (ideally Typo3 but not a must)
- Experience working with “SalesForce Pardot” would be considered as an asset
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Indesign, or other media editing software
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in photo and video editing

Language skills
- Fluent written and spoken English - level of at least B2
- Mastery of spoken and written French
- Any other language would be appreciated

The production site of Mex, near Lausanne in Switzerland, is also the headquarters of the Bobst Group. It is the most important site, employing approx. 1500 passionate people.
