Communication & Change Manager (18 months Fixed Term Contract)

As member of the Change Management Office you will contribute to major transformation programs, coaching & mentoring the different Change Managers, IT and Business Stakeholders in the different initiatives. You will play a key role in the animation of the Change Management Office. You will be the custodian of the deployment of the Prosci / ADKAR agile methodology (among other methodologies) within the Group.

As Communication & Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing the communication of the group transformation program, in close collaboration with the different Change Manager(s).

**Main responsibilites**:

- Build & deploy the agile change management framework among all impacted stakeholders
- Custodian of the agile change management methodologies & adoption among the impacted stakeholders
- Support the animation of the Change Management Office (Community of Change Managers)
- Responsible for the definition & implementation of the communication strategy of the group transformation program
- Prepare a stakeholder map and ensure to develop a communication plan that addresses the needs of the difference identified audiences
- Responsible for developing & maintaining all communication sites & pages
- Coaching & mentoring the change managers on communication & change strategies
- Identify potential change management risks & propose mitigation measures
- Define metrics to measure organisation readiness & change saturation to be reported to Group HR
- Participate to Agile ceremonies (PI plannings, QBRs..) & prepare relevant inputs, analysis, metrics, recommendations
- Define & implement executive dashboard reports & metrics related to change management & communication for the Management
- Support recruitment & on-boarding of Change Management resources
- Define & manage the operational change management process within the different tools
- Support the training plan
- Advise on the way to implement the key actions to address the impact of change on people and on the organization (OCI - Organizational Change Impact)
- Support the Business Transformation Lead, the colleagues in the CMO as well as local change agents
- Provide consistent support to local changes through utilization of the framework, work package and training, so that change management, event execution and communication are delivered as planned
- Pro-actively build and develop strong business relationships

**Professional & personal skills**:

- Solid experience in driving transformations
- Successful track record in major business transformations
- Strong & confirmed experience in managing internal corporate communication
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, all platforms)
- Strong Change Management skills Prosci / ADKAR
- Knowledge on Agile methodology (agile implementation is a plus)
- Agile mindset
- Excellent leadership & coaching skills
- Familiar with IT Programs
- Project management experience
- Successful track record of working with both business and technical teams to achieve business goals and meet requirements
- Team player with demonstrated professional and social skills
- Aptitude to motivate and get results from teams
- Strong customer focused

- Self-driven and positive mindset
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present progress, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of employees.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- English and French language required
