The Finance Manager - Project Office is responsible for managing projects and initiatives to enhance effective end-to-end Finance process. He/she manages the project roadmap and timeline and project status reporting. He/She also coordinate with the IT teams to ensure all the technical functionalities or issues are properly addressed to support the delivery of the Finance project. The Finance manager
- Project Office ensures the resolution of all the escalations and issues assignment on a timely manner.

The Finance Manager - project office is responsible for producing the reporting and status document of projects under his responsibility as well as coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders (internal & external)

He will act as PMO and will do the global reporting of all the finance initiatives and in particular will ensure that Azure devops is up to date. He will produce the monthly Finance project reporting pack distributed to all the finance teams.

**Key activities and responsibilities**:

- Define and manage the projects timeline and roadmap
- Define the functional requirements in line with the business requirements.
- Define the test plan and UAT requirements and test scenarios
- Coordinate and manage the technical requirements and its delivery (EPIC) with the IT teams
- Produce projects status document and templates
- Knowledge of the Agile methodology to act as product owner
- Define the global to be process in line with the group policies and Business Process Blue Prints
- Identify, manage and deliver project and process improvement initiatives as directed;
- Coordinate with the team and the management all the aspects and steps of the initiatives/projects delivery
- Act as PMO for the project initiative portfolio and produce the monthly reporting

**Professional experience required**:

- 5 years experience in projects management and PMO activities
- 4-6 years work experience in an environment preferably within a medium to large international company with a matrix business structure
- Experience in managing medium size projects
- Understanding of budgetary process and responsibility
- Experience of preparing and delivering presentations to middle management
- Experience with shared Service centres
- Experience with a PMO role

**Competencies and skills required**:

- Strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to multi-task, to stand up to pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to use sound judgement, discretion and professional integrity
- Good cmomunication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external customers at all levels.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; other languages are beneficial.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS office
- Good knowledge of ERP’s (SAP preferred) and other finance systems
- Agile product owner or scrum master certification would be a plus

**Education and technical experience**
- University Degree or equivalent
- Professional project management certification is an advantage
- PMO experience
