BOBST is looking for its future End to End Planning Manager.

As End to End Planning Manager, you will report directly to the Supply Chain Management Director.

This is a permanent contract with a flexible start date.

As End to End Planning Manager you:

- Manage the processes and flows of:

- Sales & Operations Planning
- Project management and the interface with Finance
- Production Planning
- Engineering change coordination and operations level
- Lead worldwide SAP S4 Hana set-up and deployment in above area and aligned with defined processes for the manufacturing sites
- Lead breakthrough projects to deliver savings in the Product Lines (PL).
- are the Systems Product owner for above scope

**Main Responsibilities and Key Tasks**:
Worldwide scope of responsibilities and actions including 30-50% working time travelling across BOBST's 19 production sites.
- _ Standard Processes and Guidelines :_
- Common business processes definition and implementation
- Develop common guidelines and standards as per the functional requirement
- Ensure the system reflects defined business processes & Guidelines
- Maintain training materials
- Train local sites on S&OP, Production planning and Project management domains
- Maintain the local network related to the defined scope
- Initiate and lead workshops on various related topics
- _ EPICs _:

- Acting as BPO for S&OP, PP, PS and ECM Domain
- Continuous looking towards operational best practices
- Identify opportunities for breakthrough projects
- Business case establishment aligned with local SCM organizations
- Lead project implementations respecting the Cost, Time and Deliverables
- Contribution and support in cross PL and Stream related topics
- _ Products Lines & Sites Support :_
- Support the sites and PLs to identify actions to drive the expected level of functional maturity
- Provide expertise, tools and methods to the sites/PLs
- Support sites/PL in actions execution
- _ Key Performance Indicators _:

- Define & Maintain operational KPI for S&OP, Project management and production planning departments

**Your Profil**:

- Master's graduate in Supply Chain, Production Management
- Overall work experience : 10 Years
- You have experience working with SAP ECC, SAP S4 Hana
- Master Office tools: Especially PPT and Excel
- You are fluent in English, French is an advantage

The production site of Mex, near Lausanne in Switzerland, is also the headquarters of the Bobst Group. It is the most important site, employing approx. 1500 passionate people.
