**Job Description** Role and Duties**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a designated group of users, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in the delivery of key services, including:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Managing and following up on user requests.
- Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Proposing and implementing process improvements.
- Coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Engage in meetings with business users and IT teams to define, prioritize, and address both day-to-day and project-related user requests.
- Contribute to project preparation, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business needs.
- Support the IBS and IS teams by identifying opportunities for internal process improvements and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Manage incident resolution and provide advanced L2 and L3 support in the designated functional areas.
- Coordinate system changes across multiple platforms and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and participate in unit testing and UAT activities, contributing to the testing strategy and ensuring successful execution.
- Analyze and troubleshoot data transfer issues, ensuring operational continuity.
- Be flexible, customer-service oriented, and adapt to evolving project needs.
**Qualifications** Required Competencies**:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex, multi-functional issues efficiently.
- Proficient in business process analysis and tools (e.g., Miro, Bizagi, Jira, Confluence).
- Extensive experience in translating business requirements into User Stories.
- Proven experience with Agile SCRUM methodology in industries such as lifescience, food or Pharma.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing conflicting priorities and resolving issues effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a broader team.
- Demonstrated success working with colleagues and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Quick learner, capable of thinking creatively and crafting innovative solutions.
- Willingness to travel for project rollouts and other activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
