**Job description**:
Arneo, une marque de Mantu, est à la recherche d'un Product Owner expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Avec 7 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du luxe et un contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI), vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler au sein d'une entreprise internationale en pleine croissance.

**Responsabilités**
- Diriger les équipes de développement produit et assurer la liaison avec les parties prenantes pour définir la vision du produit.
- Gérer le backlog des produits, prioriser les fonctionnalités selon leur valeur commerciale et coordonner avec l'équipe technique pour garantir une livraison efficace.
- Fournir une expertise approfondie sur le marché du luxe afin d'informer la stratégie produit.
- Soutenir les ventes et le marketing par des informations sur les produits et des formations régulières.
- Mener des revues de produits régulières pour s'assurer que nos solutions répondent aux besoins changeants de nos clients dans l'industrie du luxe.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe UX/UI pour créer une expérience utilisateur exceptionnelle qui reflète l'esthétique haut de gamme associée au secteur du luxe.

**A propos de vous**

Nous recherchons quelqu'un qui a une passion pour le luxe et la technologie, avec un solide historique en tant que Product Owner. Vous êtes quelqu'un qui est capable de travailler efficacement dans un environnement d'équipe tout en étant autonome et proactif.
- 7 à 10 ans d'expérience en tant que Product Owner, idéalement dans l'industrie du luxe.
- Excellente compréhension des méthodologies Agile et Scrum.
- Aptitude démontrée à gérer les priorités multiples et complexes dans un environnement dynamique.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles avec une capacité éprouvée à collaborer efficacement au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire.
- Bonne connaissance du marché du luxe, y compris les tendances actuelles et futures, ainsi qu'une forte sensibilité aux attentes des clients de ce secteur.
