Nous recherchons **un.e Product owner** pour rejoindre notre équipe
**Responsabilités**
- Définir, en collaboration avec les analystes métier et les utilisateurs finaux, les nouveaux processus de travail ;
- Organiser et animer la collaboration avec les analystes métier, pour assurer la cohérence fonctionnelle de la solution, et avec les architectes, pour garantir la cohérence technique ;
- Développer, en collaboration avec l'architecte et les analystes métier, une stratégie de migration intégrant les aspects organisationnels et techniques, ainsi qu'un plan de contrôle qualité pour les modèles post-production.
- Modéliser différentes vues de la vision de la solution, en fonction des besoins de communication à l'attention des parties prenantes et de la gouvernance ;
- Identifier, en collaboration avec l'architecte et les analystes métier, les dépendances entre les différents produits du système d’information ;
- Soutenir le chef de projet dans la gestion des risques en lien avec la solution fonctionnelle et la livraison des différentes briques fonctionnelles ;
- Raffiner le backlog de la solution de haut niveau
- Coordonner et gérer les priorités entre les différents backlogs produits, en collaboration avec les analystes-métier.
**Agir en tant qu'analyste-métier sur le périmètre du produit (si nécessaire)**:
- Analyser les processus et les pratiques en lien avec le produit ;
- Recueillir les besoins et formaliser les exigences fonctionnelles ;
- Raffiner un backlog produit ;
- Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques ;
- Maquetter des écrans ;
- Modéliser des vues fonctionnelles et en lien avec la couche métier ;
- Définir et dérouler des scénarios de tests, accompagner des recettes
**Exigences**
- Expérience de 5 ans minimum en tant que PO dans le domaine éditique ;
- Connaissance pratique approfondie d’un ou plusieurs systèmes éditiques ;
- Maîtrise des pratiques de PO au niveau d'une solution complète de produits et des pratiques d'analyse métier telles que décrites dans la mission ;
- Maîtrise des techniques d'animation et de facilitation d'ateliers et d’interviews ;
- Très bonne qualité de rédaction et excellent esprit de synthèse ; expérience dans la rédaction de divers types de documents comme : description de l'existant, description de la vision de solutions fonctionnelles, spécifications fonctionnelles, manuels utilisateurs, documents de références techniques, etc. ;
- Expérience dans le dialogue à la fois avec des responsables stratégiques et avec des utilisateurs et utilisatrices ;
- Aisance dans l’expression en public et dans l’animation de séances de présentation et/ou de formation ;
- Maîtrise des langages de modélisation UML et BPMN ;
- Expérience dans des projets de développement de solution
