**Ce rôle implique une collaboration étroite avec les équipes Conformité, Sécurité, et Télécoms pour garantir l'alignement des produits avec les exigences réglementaires suisses (FINMA) et les objectifs du Groupe.**

**Responsabilités du poste**:

- Déployer, faire évoluer et maintenir les solutions « Record Keeping » sur tous les canaux de communication identifiés.
- Définir la vision, le périmètre et la feuille de route des produits, tout en pilotant les projets découlant de cette stratégie.
- Élaborer et exécuter une vision stratégique pour les canaux de communication et les solutions d'archivage, en veillant à leur conformité avec les normes réglementaires et les objectifs du Groupe.
- Restituer et synthétiser la vision et les résultats à la direction générale de la banque.
- Collaborer avec les équipes du programme « Communication Channels », Conduct, Conformité, Sécurité, et intégrer les nouveaux besoins dans la feuille de route produit.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes télécoms et assister les demandes techniques des OPC.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe d’automatisation du traitement des données, les parties prenantes et les utilisateurs finaux pour garantir que les produits répondent aux besoins et attentes.
- Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vie du produit, y compris les appels d'offres, le développement avec les partenaires, les phases de projet, l'accompagnement au changement, et les améliorations continues.
- Piloter les contrôles sur la conservation des enregistrements pour assurer l'intégrité des données et leur conformité, en établissant et surveillant les indicateurs clés de performance.
- 10 ans d'expérience en tant que Product Owner, avec une spécialisation sur les canaux de communication, la conformité, et les solutions d'archivage.
- Solide formation technique, avec une expertise dans le déploiement et la gestion des contrôles de conformité et de conservation des enregistrements dans des produits logiciels.
- Expérience de collaboration avec des équipes juridiques, de conformité et de sécurité pour intégrer les exigences réglementaires dans le développement de produits.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en documentation, avec la capacité de vulgariser des concepts techniques complexes pour des parties prenantes non techniques.
- ** Connaissance avancée des outils de communication et d’archivage légal (**O365, MS Teams, Softphonie, Verba, Enterprise Vault**).**:

- ** Bonnes connaissances du français et de l'anglais.
