In this role, reporting to our VP Talent, Learning & Culture you will be accountable for embedding first-class critical thinking and approach around Executive Hiring.
About the job- Partnering with stakeholders and hiring managers to support them with their recruitment and selection needs; providing a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment service to the business - from brief to offer for senior Director / Csuite positions- Build and cultivate relationships with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor to drive talent acquisition strategy and create measurable business impact- Owning strategic research projects anticipating organizational and business needs.- Advising and supporting on all aspects of the hiring process from role charter development, talent market insights, sourcing strategies, designing interview approach, assessments, facilitation of debriefs and offer negotiations-
- Sponsor continuous improvement projects to improve our senior leadership recruiting- Supporting HR teams with researching and sharing innovative talent acquisition solutions and contribute as well as to the design and development of Talent Acquisition instruments and programs- Provides input to the implementation of Talent Acquisition and onboarding instruments with a focus on senior leadership recruitment including learning interventions which enable management and HR to offer a best-in-class recruitment experience for senior leaders- Proactively share market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business and organizational design decisions- Track key metrics and KPIs for senior leadership / executive recruitments and share with CHR to jointly provide insights through metrics, measures, and reporting around recruitment approaches and systems to ultimately make better recruitment decisions and improve quality of hire- Own & Manage global Talent Acquisition supplier relationships- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of business
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Familiarity with a fast, ever-changing environment, ideally with high volume recruitment- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in an inhouse TA role combined with agency experience- Extensive experience in talent acquisition, specifically executive search within retail/fashion/FMCG sector- Proven impact and influence skills and track record of successfully engaging with senior leaders to drive the recruitment strategy- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization- Politically savvy, able to navigate through complexity and at ease operating in a matrix environment and influencing executive management-
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex international hiring processes- Expert in remote management and can demonstrate a high degree of cross-cultural competence
