To complete our Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Talent Acquisition professional who will be responsible for attracting and engaging highly skilled talent globally.

As one of our Talent Acquisition Leads, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will position yourself as an advisor on Talent Acquisition related matters and therefore maintain close relationships with the business and People and Culture teams, at all levels, across the Organization globally.

This position is based out of our headquarters in Geneva and would require you to relocate to Geneva if you are not based there.

What will you be responsible for?
- Run the full cycle hiring processes for worldwide recruitment activities for Forum locations (primarily Geneva, Tokyo and Mumbai offices as well as ad-hoc support to China and USA offices when necessary), for assigned internal and external openings.
- Co-Develop Active sourcing strategies for business-critical roles linked to Forum initiatives, thinking beyond traditional sourcing channels.
- Contribute to outreach activities globally, both remotely and in person, to ensure optimal relationships with academic institutions.
- Engage with colleagues to ensure principles of diversity and inclusion are integrated throughout the recruitment cycle and internal mobility policy.
- Accompany and promote change management with respect to TA technology. While the Forum currently uses Workday, this ATS will be complimented with advanced TA technology in the upcoming year (interview scheduling, Chabot, A.I,. and assessment tools).

- The Hiring/Line Managers and HR Business Partners that you have worked with would describe you as a trusted talent advisor.
- You have Significant experience of managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally in a multinational/matrix organization.
- You have demonstrated experience in contributing to global/regional Talent Acquisition projects within multinational organizations.
- You have contributed to recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives or campaigns for diverse populations and outreach.
- You are familiar with on-boarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and Talent Development, which enable you to ensure we maintain ‘one-voice’ within the People and Culture Team.
- Core Skills_
- You are not a fan of ‘post and prey’ and challenge your Talent sources using consistent and structured data centric approaches.
- You advocate active sourcing and have experience finding niche Talent in places where no one else would have thought to search.
- You are proficient with LinkedIn recruiter, Xray searches on Google and Boolean search techniques, among others.
- You have a self-starting attitude, are comfortable driving change through ambiguity and have outstanding organizational skills to prioritize multiple priorities and are a great communicator.
- You have a continuous improvement mindset, sound process orientation and track record for revamping documentation on methods into accessible and well-articulated content.
- You are digitally Savvy and use data on a daily basis to understand how you are progressing.
- You are English native or perfectly fluent.
