We are an international and diverse team of 33 people, 50% women, coming from 22 different countries and speaking 20 different languages.

As a **Talent Acquisition Lead** at Ledgy, your mission will be to redefine talent acquisition in a high-growth tech startup by coaching new recruiters, setting up processes, and building metrics to constantly increase the hiring bar.

**At Ledgy, you will**
- Work closely with our leadership to build and realize our Talent strategy
- Own your team performance metrics and continuously work on improving our hiring efficiency
- Play a pivotal part in helping us bring in key members to drive business growth
- Lead a team of recruiters who are bringing in the right talent to build the best products for our startup, employees, and investors around the globe
- Managing talent pools and networks to build a pipeline for future needs
- Help build clear, i.e. explicit, people-related systems and processes to support the company's high growth
