**About us**
**TotalEnergies** has developed a strong expertise in oil and biofuels, natural gas and electricity trading. Trading entities are based in Geneva, Paris, Houston and Singapore.
- TotalEnergies installed its European trading hub across in Geneva, which now bring together very large teams around trading activities:
- **TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping (T&S) **and
- **TotalEnergies Gas and Power (TGP).**
**T&S **is the trading company in charge of all physical trading and shipping of crude oil and refined products on behalf of the TotalEnergies. It has been a major and active participant all over the supply chain as well as on the derivatives paper market in order to manage market risk.**The Mission**
The internal contents producer specialist is a member of the mutualized internal communication team based in Geneva and contributes to the department objectives:
- Connect people and teams and animate global and local communities;
- Circulate business and people news (including Company’s news) within the various BUs and offices of T&S and GRP Trading;
- Enhance the awareness of trading and shipping activities within the Company.
In accordance with the internal communication strategy defined with respective steering committees and under the supervision of the Manager, internal Communication, the internal contents producer is particularly, but not only, in charge of defining, producing and dispatching contents which will contribute to the objectives of the department, for Trading employees in Geneva, Paris, Houston and Singapore.
- The internal contents producer will also contributes actively to the communication actions as defined by the Manager, Internal Communication in relation with the management of the Trading entities.**What you will do**
To fulfil your mission, you main responsibilities will be the following:
- Acquire and develop a strong expertise in trading culture to be able to contribute to the promotion of trading activities.
- Develop, build and maintain strong working partnerships with both management and employees to identify and devise communication actions.
- Support the management in understanding employees’ expectations in terms of communication and define with the Manager, Internal Communication and the Management committees the relevant communication policy and actions.
Content management day-to-day activities and follow-up (80%) include:
- Conceive, elaborate and produce information content (articles, videos, data vizualisation) about business topics (Company and trading activities) and people news.
- Manage the day-to-day animation of the dedicated Intranet,
- Publish information on relevant channels (Yammer, dedicated Sharepoint,)
- Contribute to some of the Management speeches
- Ensure the communication material (such as presentation during seminar, conferences or business review) are in line with the graphical chart and up to date in terms of contents.
As part of the Communication team, the internal contents producer will constantly work with the other communication specialists and also might be able to take an active part (20%) in the department projects such as:
- Events
- Ad hoc communication projects
The role of internal contents producer will have an impact on all employees and will play a pivotal role within the organisation:
- To ensure that all employees receive, understand and implement the key messages and commit to the business strategy;
- Contribute to the development of the Trading internal communication strategy including the implementation of communications to support critical campaigns covering safety, culture and Values.

- You have a solid academic background in Communication
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in communication, with a proven track record of contents management and editorial skills.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication with a high level of accuracy
