**Bid Manager - German and English speaking**

Experis is currently looking for a **German and English**-speaking Bid Manager. This is a permanent role to be based in Zurich.

What will your tasks be?
- Manages multiple offerings across the Experis's service lines simultaneously for both traditional large-scale solutions and complex customised solutions.
- Qualifies opportunities and advises stakeholders on Go / No Go decisions
- Controls and coordinates each stage of the life cycle of a tender from initiation to contract signature and handover to the implementation team.
- Involves the relevant specialists and coordinates the follow-up of the offer with them.
- Organises and conducts tender conference calls (design, review, follow-up)
- Determines pricing in collaboration with the Head of Pricing, Head of Sales, Regional Managers and where necessary and appropriate, challenges sales proposals and/or requests clarification.
- Defines deadlines for internal stakeholders and ensures that these are met
- Produces and checks documents sent to customers.
- Writes offers by articulating the Experis value proposition in response to specific client needs.
- Acts as a quality controller by checking and validating all responses with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensures that bids submitted are in line with the brand guidelines.
- Builds and maintains the Experis reference system for drafting offers and contributes to the development of standard documents.
- Ensures that opportunities are correctly recorded in the monitoring systems
- Interfaces with the group's entities outside Switzerland for any specific requests and coordinates the responses to these requests.
- Keep abreast of the evolution of Experis's services and thought leadership.

Your specific background:
Experience / training required
- Training in business administration (university level, Bachelor or Master).
- Experience in project management or tender management in the services sector (ideally in an international context)
- Experience in the HR consulting sector a plus
- Experience in working with project / commercial managers to deliver projects to tight deadlines
- Experience in customer contact and strong internal communication skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Certification in the field of tender management is a plus
