**Aufgabenbereich**
- Sie unterstützen das Team bei der professionellen Abwicklung interner und kundenorientierter Prozesse, diverser Projekte und sind die Anlaufstelle für organisatorische und administrative Fragen
- Sie sind für die Erstellung von Rechnungen zuständig und unterstützen das Team im gesamten Risk Management Prozess im Backoffice
- Sie verfassen Korrespondenzen, erstellen und bearbeiten Präsentationen sowie sonstige Dokumentationen
- Sie organisieren interne und externe Meetings sowie Team Events
- Sie entwickeln Ihr fachliches Know-how und die Soft Skills laufend durch On-and-off-the-Job-Trainings weiter
- Sie arbeiten in einem dynamischen Team und erhalten regelmässig Feedback von Kollegen und Vorgesetzten

**Anforderungsprofil**
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und 4-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich in einem dynamischen Umfeld_
- Sie sind eine ausgesprochen lösungsorientierte, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die in einem dynamischen Umfeld dienstleistungsorientiert, flexibel und teamorientiert arbeitet
- Sie sind bereit, von Anfang an Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich in einem Umfeld mit einer aktiven Coaching Kultur zu bewegen
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse und können sich schnell in neue Software einarbeiten
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
