**Main Responsibilities**:
Accounting Support: Engage actively in accounting operations and offer consistent assistance to our team members
Bank Transactions: Oversee and incorporate records to maintain precise financial monitoring
Receipts/Invoices: Process and organize digital receipts and invoices
Sales Invoices: Generate and manage sales invoices for our clients
Payments: Handle monetary transfers and payment distributions for our diverse client base
Bank Reconciliation: Ensure financial records are accurate and consistent
Payroll Assistance: Support payroll management and administration
**Qualifications**:
Organization: Show skill in effectively organizing and assigning priority to assignments
Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and meticulousness in work
Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Office and GSuite, with the ability to learn our specific systems quickly
Experience: Familiarity with Dext and Xero accounting software
Language: Proficiency in English and French is highly advantageous
