We are seeking a highly motivated manager (f/m/d) with leadership skills to enhance the ecosystem by growing the Talent Kick program in Suisse Romande. Talent Kick supports highly ambitious, excellent, and impact-driven Master & PhD students in forming interdisciplinary teams and helping them to start their entrepreneurial journey. You have experience in working with multiple stakeholders in the Romandie start-up ecosystem, closely cooperating with universities? You are a proactive self-starter, are comfortable with autonomy, have excellent time-management and organizational skills and embrace opportunities to tackle new problems and challenges in a start-up-like environment? You are motivated to help build the best support possible to enable young entrepreneurs making a positive impact in society? In this public-private initiative you will work closely with stakeholders from within the universities such as labs, students and student organisations and professors and external partners, such as accelerators, entrepreneurs, investors and foundations to boost entrepreneurial excellence in Switzerland.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishing and maintaining strong partnerships in Suisse Romande and beyond and facilitating efficient communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Building sustainable promotion channels for Talent Kick in Suisse Romande and beyond to continuously grow reach
- Preparation of regular meetings and updates for relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation within and between regions
- Assisting and monitoring all program components

- Strong leadership and management skills in a startup-like environment and entrepreneurial drive
- Growth-mindset, can-do attitude, and proactive hands-on leadership style
- Curious, willing to learn and excited to evolve with us and the tasks
- Strong motivation to make an impact, supporting and closely working with young talents and entrepreneurs and various stakeholder groups
- Team skills, excellent analytical skills and excellent communication in English and French
- Ability to quickly get acquainted with various business models and industries
- Master's degree at a Swiss university in business, technology or related fields
