**Your field of play**:

- Reporting to the Group CFO, the Head of Group Accounting will oversee all the accounting operations for Odlo and its umbrella of brands including Janus and Henri Lloyd. In this position, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to SWISS GAAP FER and Swiss law as well as the consolidation of all reporting entities. You will review month and year end closing, both from a Group and local Statutory Accounting purpose. In addition, you will manage and comply with various reporting requirements and tax filings including VAT reporting and oversee the local and group audits. An international team of 16 people in offices in Switzerland, France, Germany, Norway and Romania will be led by you.

**Your story**:

- Higher education in Accounting & Finance
- 7+ years of finance experience in a similar position - preferably for a consumer brand in an international environment
- Knowledge in SWISS GAAP FER, VAT & Transfer pricing
- Leadership experience
- Entrepreneurial and resilient - ability to juggle multiple deliverables
- Ability to simplify the complex
- Proactive attitude

- Fluent in English
