**Head of Accounting**:
Für unsere Abteilung Finance & Controlling suchen wir eine engagierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit mehrjähriger, qualifizierter Erfahrung in Buchhaltung im industriellen Produktionsumfeld.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams Shared Service Center Accounting, welches die Buchhaltung der 6 Firmen der Leister Gruppe in der Schweiz führt (6 Mitarbeiter)
- Verantwortlich für die Führung der Finanzbuchhaltungen, einschliesslich Budgetierung und das Reporting der Schweizer Gesellschaften
- Sicherstellen der gegenseitigen Stellvertretung sowie der effizienten Abwicklung der anfallenden Arbeiten des Teams
- Selbständiges Führen des Hauptbuches und überwachen der Nebenbücher der zugewiesenen Buchhaltung, d.h. der Axetris AG sowie der Leister AG (Einzelabschlüsse, monatliches Reporting an die Gruppe, Spartenrechnung, Kostenstellen
- und Projektreporting)
- Business Partnering mit dem Geschäftsführer Axetris AG: Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung von Budgets und Business Plänen

**Ihr Profil**
- Ausgewiesener Experte Ihres Fachbereiches (in leitender Position von Vorteil)
- Solide theoretische Ausbildung (FA oder Expertin/Experte Rechnungslegung und Controlling)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von SAP von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit der Erstellung von Finanzberichten und Präsentation von Ergebnissen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamplayer mit selbständiger, zuverlässiger und dienstleistungsorientierter Arbeitsweise und hohem Mass an Eigenverantwortung
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
