**YOUR DAY TO DAY**
- Management of the financial services of the group in cooperation with the shared service center provider in Warsaw / Poland.
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly and annual basis (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) in close collaboration with Group Accounting/Consolidation.
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that program and organizational risks are minimized.
- Monitor Group internal control system.
- Provide technical finance and accounting support including training and development of the employees.
- Keep Updated the Transfer Price documentation in collaboration with external consultant.
- Keep Update the Intercompany contract in collaboration with Legal

**WHAT SETS YOU APART**
- Masters degree in economics or similar
- At least 6 years work experience in accounting, preferably coming from retail
- English & German mandatory.
Any other European language would be an asset.
- Strong understanding of Business models; Transaction flows; SAP
- High level of Technical Knowledge (accounting; European Tax Duty; VAT and corporate)
- Complex organization with multiple business models
- Ability to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
- Ability to manage several topics and projects simultaneous.
- Solid interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong Self-motivation to acquire new concepts and participate in new projects.
