**Sr. BioPharma Account Manager (M/F/d)**
Field-base role, Switzerland
- Make an impact_
In this field-based role, you will directly impact our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer by providing our products and solutions to BioPharma customers for use in their life sciences R&D including cell biology, protein biology, molecular biology and more.
- Bring Value_
Bring value by utilizing life science portfolio knowledge into differentiated products and services for our BioPharma customers.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to deliver results.
Achieve/surpass all assigned sales targets and quotas by proactively leading a consumable and instrument sales funnel.
How will you get here?
- Education_
Requires minimum a master’s degree, PhD preferred, in any life science and at least five years sales experience in a similar role
- Experience_
- Proven experience in sales and account management and working with Pharma, Biotech or Industrial customers in a similar position before
- Experience working in a team environment and in a matrix organization
- Proven track record to strategize and achieve results
- Knowledge, Skills and Competencies_
- Relevant scientific background
- Relevant customer and/or market knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and German
- Commercial drive and ability to run multiple projects at a time
- Prioritize business and customer needs in order to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Works efficiently with colleagues to bring complex sales projects to a successful finish
- Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills
- Self-motivation and analytical way of thinking
- Strong intuition for business
- Positive demeanor and desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency (ex. MS Office)
- Occasionally lift objects of up to 20kg
- Valid driving license
- Location_
Remote, field-based in Switzerland; up to 70% travel time required
