Dans le cadre de la croissance de notre société, nous cherchons un(e) chef(fe) de projet digital ayant un fort attrait pour l’expérience utilisateur.

**Ton portrait idéal**:

- Tu as au minimum 4 ans d’expérience en tant que chef de projet digital et tu maitrises parfaitement les méthodologies de type agile;
- Tu maitrises le langage (parfois complexe) des développeurs ou autres spécialistes du digital;
- Tu sais ce que l’agilité offre comme possibilité mais tu sais garder les pieds sur terre;
- De nature curieux(se), le partage de connaissance est un point essentiel dans ta vie, tu aimes apporter ton aide à ceux qui t’entourent;
- Tu aimes faire avancer les choses et tu t’impliques vraiment dans les projets dont tu es responsable;
- Tu sais présenter le travail de toute une équipe comme si c’était la prochaine révolution (et ça le sera );
- Si il fallait encore le préciser : tu aimes travailler en équipe, tu es autonome et tu apportes ta bonne humeur dès ton arrivée chaque matin (après le café, on peut comprendre :));
- Tel Sherlock Holmes, l’important pour toi, c’est de comprendre précisément les besoins de ton client, et tu sais que pour cela, il faut parfois creuser;
- Tu écris et parles français comme Molière, tu écris et parles l’anglais un plus
- Tu es capable de gérer un budget rubis sur ongle;
- Tu as des notions d’UX ou tu es très sensible à cela.
