Product Owner

We are looking for a highly-motivated, experienced and strategic product owner to join our team

**As a product owner at Heraclea you will**:

- Deliver optimal working software according to the strategy and requirements.
- Have a vision of what a client wishes to build, and convey that vision to the development team.
- Requirements gathering and management.
- Develop the product strategy and define the product roadmap.
- Engage our clients and developers as one team.
- Facilitate transparency and communication between team-members.
- Take accountability for the product backlog and features prioritization.
- Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum team will work on next.
- Ensure the team meets the deadlines and the goals.
- Become a trusted and valued partner of the client executives.

**About you**:

- +7 years of experience in the software development industry.
- Past working experience as a Product Owner of cloud software projects.
- Proficiency of the digital product lifecycle.
- Knowledge about good programming practices, maintenance types, technical and usage monitoring.
- Agile methodologies are second nature to you.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinker with a vision.
- Objectives-driven and great attention to details.
- Capable of transforming customer needs into simple, tangible and structured expectations.
- Comfortable working with multiple teams, in person and remotely.

**Languages**
- Fluent English written and spoken.
- French is a plus

**Salary**: CHF100,000.00 - CHF120,000.00 per year
