**Direktionsassistent/in - Executive Assistant to the CEO (100%)**:
Sie erwartet eine äusserst vielseitige Schlüsselposition im spannenden Arbeitsumfeld der faszinierenden Modewelt.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Proaktive Unterstützung der CEO in sämtlichen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen
- Termin-Management und Koordination aller Termine der CEO und Planung des Meeting-Kalenders der Unternehmung
- Erstellung der Protokolle der Geschäftsleitungs
- und Verwaltungsrats-Sitzungen
- Organisation von Firmen-Anlässen wie Trendshow, Kadertag, Strategie-Outdoor-Meetings etc.
- Geschäftskorrespondenz in Deutsch, Englisch und teilweise Französisch
- Reisemanagement für die CEO und Mitverantwortung für die Reise-/Messeplanung der Teams
- Kompetente Anlaufstelle und Drehscheibe für alle internen und externen Anfragen an die CEO
**Ihr Profil**:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Weiterbildung als Direktionsassistent/in mit eidg. Fachausweis
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position auf Geschäftsleitungsebene
- Dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit proaktivem Naturell sowie ausgeprägter Sozialkompetenz, Diskretion und guter Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, stilsicheres Deutsch mit einwandfreier schriftlicher Ausdrucksweise, gute Englisch
- sowie Französischkenntnisse
- Unternehmerisches, ergebnisorientiertes Denken und Handeln, Effizienz in der Arbeitsmethodik und grosses Organisationstalent
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen IT Tools (MS-Office, speziell PowerPoint)
- Stilsicheres Auftreten mit besten Umgangsformen und Flair für die Modewelt
