Zucchetti Group is looking for an experienced Office Coordinator to join their team in Urdorf (ZH) and Aesch (BL). As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Your Responsibilities

  • Processing orders and invoices according to maintenance contracts and projects
  • Managing customer, supplier, and product master data in our ERP system
  • General secretarial and correspondence tasks
  • Being the central point of contact for employees in Urdorf (ZH) and in Aesch (BL)
  • Coordinating HR and FI/CO processes with the Zucchetti Group
  • Serving as the internal ICT contact person
  • Handling office management tasks
  • Assisting in budget, revenue, and forecast processes
  • Undertaking marketing tasks for internal and external communication
  • Supporting project managers in managing their mandates
  • Creating and editing offers, presentations, application documentation, training materials, etc.

Your Profile

  • Commercial or equivalent basic education
  • Several years of work experience in the commercial sector (Back Office)
  • Methodical, structured, efficient, and independent way of working
  • Open, confident, and courteous demeanor with a passion for interacting with people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (Italian is an advantage)
