**Key responsibilities**:
- First point of contact for our business customers in Switzerland
- Communication hub between customers, internal departments and our international network
- Independent processing of written and telephone customer inquiries
- Telephone and written processing of self-disclosure requests regarding individuals and companies
- Answering queries from our colleagues in the various Dun & Bradstreet countries, as well as from international partner companies
- User administration and technical support of our online systems
- Handling of the chat board
- Support for new product launches and new product releases
**What we are looking for**:
- We are looking for a professional who is driven by delivering high service, enjoy having customer contact and working closely with other parts of the company
- You work methodically and we prefer that you have worked for a few years in a customer service role
- You have a good understanding of customer needs, quality and business value
- You can easily understand the big picture and are driven by developing and learning new things
**Ideally you have these skills and experience**:
- Completed commercial education (KV EFZ, Profile E)
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the commercial field, possibly customer oriented area
- Excellent German, good English skills, good knowledge of Italian (spoken and written)
- Sound MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of balance sheet analysis
- Solution-oriented team player with an independent and accurate/careful work style
- Customer and service orientation
- Communicative, extroverted personality
