**Votre rôle**:
Au sein du département Biotech Manufacturing (Global Healthcare Operations), vous intégrez et prenez la tête de l'équipe USP34, une équipe performante de techniciens et d'ingénieurs, spécialisée dans la production de protéines recombinantes produites à partir de cellules animales. Vous reportez directement au Senior Manager USP du département Production, avec qui vous collaborez étroitement.

Dans votre rôle de leader, vous êtes amené à manager environ une trentaine de personnes. Vous gérez, organisez et contrôlez toutes les activités effectuées en USP34, 2 lignes de production distinctes mais en une Afin d'assurer la production d'API selon les plans établis et dans la qualité requise.

Vous êtes également responsable du bon déroulement des activités Compliance, des projets d'amélioration, de l'innovation et des collaborations transverses de votre groupe.

**Votre profil**:

- Parfaite connaissance des règles GMP
- 5-9 ans d'expériencedans le domaine de la production pharmaceutique au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire
- Solide expérience de management et de coaching dans le domaine pharmaceutique d'au minimum 5 ans
- Qualité reconnue dans le leadership et le contact humain
- Grande flexibilité et polyvalence
- Sens aiguisé de la collaboration avec les membres de son équipe, comme avec les autres groupes transverses
