**Your Role until SAP S4/Hana go live**:
**WH**:
Support S&L Senior Manager in finalizing set up of BDC (Biotech Development Center) warehouse (purchasing of equipment et warehouse consumables)

**SAP**:

- Provide business know how to specify user requirements within user stories (BPAC)
- Build and sustain knowledge on LEAN processes and technology solution
- Align with Business Architects and consultants on the process solutions
- Act as link between project and business incl. all necessary communications
- Align with local management to gain business acceptance for solutions and expectation management
- Support all required documentations according to validation plan (test scripts preparation)
- Validatetest execution
- Support change impact assessment and any resulting activities
- Support data preparation & migration (approve data migration specifications)
- Prepare (training material and exercises) and execute end user trainings
- Support and execute cut over activities

**Your Role as from BDC go live**:

- Coordinates inbound, storage and outbound logístical operations, involving external partners. Activities include physical inventory management, dispensing, order preparation and transportation to ensure seamless supply of products and material.
- Management of transport and distribution (domestic, import & Export, returns, shuttles with LSC and 3PLs) of products and material incl. Transport/export documentation
- Management of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, work order preparation incl. weighting and dispensing, pick and pack)
- Inventory control in line with internal quality and operational guidelines
- External logistics partner management (incl. Analysis of service level, compliance with specifications, KPI atteignment, etc.)
- Logistics cost management and control of invoices if required
- Safety of operations according to internal/external EHS standards
- Management of Logistics KPIs
- Manage movement of goods between 3PLs and BDC warehouse according to Planning Leads requirements.
- Take care of waste management administration and statistical reporting for EHS
- Research inventory issues and histories to resolve inventory inaccuracies
- Propose process improvements and drive Kaizen 6S initiatives and projects

**Who You Are**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Logistician diploma
- 3+ years' experience with logistics, inventory management, management of dangerous goods and transport experience
- 3+ years' experience with people management
- French and English skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, advanced Excel skills
- 3+ years' experience in SAP warehouse/inventory management, order processing, transport management, etc.
- Excellent planning, management and coordination skills, with the ability to organize a substantial workload comprised of complex, diverse tasks and responsibilities
- Project management skills
- People management skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP
- 3PL management experience
- Good knowledge of other SCM processes (procurement, planning, master data, etc.)
