Votre rôle:
Au sein du département Engineering & Maintenance du site de production de Vevey, vous êtes en charge de l'équipe d' électricité et de la station d'épuration. Vous assurez la disponibilité et le bon fonctionnement des installations électriques et station d'épuration pour le campus a vec le niveau de qualité requis. Avec votre équipe, vous garantissez que les systèmes d'électricité et la station d'épuration sont exploités et entretenus dans le cadre du budget donné et en respectant strictement les normes techniques, les règles de sécurité et le règlement des autorités d'environnement. Vous soutenez l'investigation en temps opportun de toutes les non-conformités et vous êtes responsable de la mise en place d' actions efficaces. Vous pilotez et encouragez des projets d'amélioration continue (efficacité, qualité, économie d'énergie et réduction des coûts d'exploitation).
Votre profile:
- Diplôme d'ingénieur en électricité ou dans un autre domaine industriel avec expérience dans l'électricité
- Certification OIBT 15/13 ou autorisation de contrôler selon OIBT serait un plus
- Expérience éprouvée en management direct et développement d'équipe et leurscompétences de minimum 5 ans
- Capacité à convaincre et accompagner les équipes vers un même objectif
- Bonnes compétences en communication et résolution de problèmes
- Expertise dansles domaines suivants : Maintenance industrielle, Conduite de procédé industriel
- A l'aise avec les outils informatiques de gestion (SAP, MS-Office, etc)
- Proactif, esprit d'amélioration continue, organisé et efficace
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
