Rattaché(e) au « process maintenance manager », votre rôle consiste à assurer la maintenance, la conformité réglementaire, la fiabilité et la disponibilité des équipements Biotech du site.
Votre rôle:- Réalise les activités de maintenances préventives, correctives et amélioratives sur l’ensemble des équipements Biotech du site (USP, DSP, Buffer & Media) dans le respect des règles EHS et cGMP du site.
- Assure le diagnostic et le dépannage en cas de défaillance. Coordonne si nécessaire avec les autres disciplines (électriciens, automaticiens, utilités, métrologie…).
- Participe à la planification des maintenances.
- Assure le suivi des entreprises externes lors des opérations de maintenance.
- Participe aux projets en tant que spécialiste maintenance.
- Participe activement aux rituels d’amélioration continue du site.
- Met à jour la documentation technique, les procédures, et autres documents liés à son secteur d’activité en collaboration avec le support administratif du service.
- Collabore activement avec les différents groupes/secteurs du département (Compliance, Support et Méthodes, Métrologie, Maintenance Utilities, Projets).
- De formation technique type CFC ou tout titre jugé équivalent.
- Expérience minimum de 3 ans dans le domaine de la maintenance dans l’industrie Biotech, pharmaceutique ou chimique.
- Disponible pour participer au service piquet (temps d'intervention de 45 minutes maximum).
- Compétences en mécanique ou électromécanique. Connaissances dans les domaines instrumentation, électrique et automatisation, un atout.
- Expérience des environnements contrôlés (zone propre pharmaceutique, zone Atmosphère Explosive).
- Bonne maitrise des outils Pack Office, et SAP un atout. A l’aise dans un contexte fortement numérisé.
- Orienté(e) amélioration continue. Ouvert aux changements.
- Bonne maîtrise du français (oral et écrit), Anglais technique.
