As a Lab Equipment Specialist, you will be essential in implementing our laboratory projects, ensuring the effective introduction of new equipment and compliance with quality standards. Your role will involve coordination among different technical teams, acting as a transversal position that bridges various functions to optimize laboratory operations.
YOUR ROLE- Execution of yearly implementation plan for laboratory equipment
- Coordinate the introduction of new equipment (including CAPEX, CCP, deviations, collaboration with the CSV team, and CQV supervision).
- Coordination with stakeholders (Functions, Quality, Digital, EHS)
- Ensure life cycle management of laboratory equipment (related to Technical System Ownership).
- Manage related documentation (procedures and records)
- Collaborate on the integration of new equipment within a wide range of equipment and robotic platforms
- Fluent in French and English
- Deep knowledge in GXP regulated environment
- Deep knowledge in CQV for Laboratory Equipment
- Experience in managing laboratory equipment projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Openness towards new technologies and working methodologies.
