Derzeit bauen wir den Markt unserer Ascend Software in der französischen Schweiz auf. Für deren Kundensupport suchen wir für unseren Standort Dübendorf/ZH per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n erfahrene/n:
Technical Support Mitarbeiter Ascend (D/FR) 100% (m/w/d)

Was ist Ascend?

Eine Software, welche Trek seinen Kunden (Fahrradläden) anbietet, um ihre Prozesse abzuwickeln und den langfristigen Erfolg sicherzustellen. In diesem spannenden Umfeld helfen wir den Kunden von der Software-Anwendung bis hin zur Installation und Schulung.

Aufgaben
- Telefon-Support: Behandlung und Lösung der Kundenanfragen auf Deutsch und Französisch
- Kundenbetreuung im Bereich der Ascend Bike-Software von Trek bei allen Fragen rund um unsere Software und Hardware-Geräten (Drucker, Scanner, etc.)
- Führung eigener Software-Installationsprojekte mit den Kunden
- Schulung von neuen Programm-Features und Prozessen sowie Erstellung von Schulungsmaterial
- Aufbereitung von Produktdaten und deren Bereitstellung an die Kunden
- Mithilfe bei der Weiterentwicklung von Ascend und den Dienstleistungen für unsere Kunden

Qualifikation

**Beruflich**:

- Fundierte Computer-Kenntnisse (Windows 10)
- Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der Microsoft-Office-Programme (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint etc.)
- Bereitschaft das Wissen im IT-Bereich weiter aufzubauen
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Flexibilität mit einem breit gefächerten Aufgabenkatalog umzugehen
- Bereitschaft in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten

**Sprachen**:

- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
- Fliessendes Französisch in Wort und Schrift
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
