**PRODUCT MANAGER/ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (f/m/d)**:

Are you interested in contributing to the development of (hybrid) advertising formats - a world innovation? Together with a dynamic team, you will play a central role in shaping the digitalization of the TV future at Goldbach.
We are looking for you to join our Business Development Team, as your Product Management skills and experience in Agile working methods will greatly support us in the planning and introduction of new product features.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE**:

- As a Product Manager, you will lead the planning and approval of new features and product enhancements, ensuring customer-centric and market-relevant implementations.
- You will work as a hub between various internal departments such as Sales, Research, Pricing, and Sales Support, effectively bringing together the business requirements of each department.
- You will keep an eye on the timing of deliveries to ensure timely introductions or to communicate plan changes.
- You will develop ideas and business cases for the (advanced TV) product.
- You will continuously help improve internal processes and find structures that enable customer-friendly and streamlined handling.
- You will manage the achievement of common objectives despite different interest groups and communication across teams.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Education in Business Administration (You have a University degree in Business Administration or University of Applied Sciences degree) and experience in Product Management.
- You have an understanding of technical and process flows and excel in troubleshooting.
- You are familiar with and proficient in Agile working methods and possess great analytical skills.
- You work independently and you're goal-oriented, with commercial acumen being an integral part of your work approach.
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- You are fluent in German and English.
