**_ Ihre Aufgabe_**:
Als Head of Communications verantworten Sie die Bereiche Brand Development, Corporate Communications, Project Communications und Digital Media. Mit direkter Berichtslinie an den CEO und in Abstimmung mit dem Strategic Board, gestalten Sie die strategische Ausrichtung des Unternehmens mit. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team setzen Sie die definierten Pläne operativ um und begleiten diese mit geeigneten kommunikativen Massnahmen. Ebenso unterstützen Sie das Business Development und die Architekten in der Marktbearbeitung. In engem Bezug zu den aktuellen Bauprojekten und im Austausch mit den zuständigen Projektteams bespielen Sie die verschiedenen internen und externen Kommunikationskanäle aktiv und bedienen die vielfältigen Ansprüche der Medien. Extern stehen Sie in engem Austausch mit spezialisierten Partnern und den Kommunikationsabteilungen auf Kundenseite. Insgesamt begleiten Sie die Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens und gewährleisten seine prägnante und glaubwürdige Positionierung in der Öffentlichkeit.

**_ Ihr Profil_**:
Sie besitzen idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Fachrichtung Kommunikation, sowie mehrjährige Praxis auf dem nationalen und internationalen Parkett der Architektur oder in verwandten Gebieten. In Ihrem Führungsverständnis sind Sie zugleich Coach, Berater:in und Sparringspartner:in. Mit kommunikativem Geschick, Kreativität, einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Unternehmertum und einem gewinnenden Naturell ausgestattet, etablieren Sie sich rundum als kompetente:r und respektierte:r Ansprechpartner:in. Profunde Medienkenntnisse und ein national wie international abgestütztes Pressenetzwerk sind ebenso unerlässlich wie exzellente Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse. Auf der persönlichen Seite verbinden Sie Intuition selbstredend mit analytischem Denken. In Ihrem Dienstleistungs
