The ABB brand sits at the center of all internal and external communications from ABB. The Head of Brand is responsible for defining, upholding and protecting the ABB brand in line with the business strategy and company purpose. Reporting to the ABB’s Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer, the Head of Brand is a member of the Communications Leadership Team. This position is based in Zurich.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Brand Management : provide leadership and best practices in brand management and set the brand policy, governance and guidelines for brand across ABB. Monitor ABB’s brand position, provide insights for future strategic moves. Manage ABB’s brand architecture and IPs such as ABB Ability
- Provide brand assets, concepts and tools for the company to drive coherency and efficiency in implementation.
- Brand activation and awareness campaigns: manage and execute major brand building and awareness campaigns such as Formula E at Group level. Responsible for group events.
- Oversee and facilitate brand awareness campaigns globally
- Employer Branding: in collaboration with HR, define the ABB employer brand and corresponding employee value proposition.
- Lead and develop team and function: lead and develop a team of communications specialists and actively contribute to the development of Corporate Communications and the whole Communications function across all of ABB.
- Network and collaboration: build a strong network across the ABB Communications community to aid alignment across the organization and transfer of best practices and actively contribute to cross-business and cross-corporate functions communications projects.
- Collaborate with other leaders and teams in ABB Communications to ensure communications excellence, relevance and consistency between internal and external messages and across all communications channels.

**Your background**:

- Experienced brand expert with 15+ years of experience from working with brand in a large international (mainly B2B) company, preferably in a decentralized organizational model.
- Excellent strategic mindset and ability to navigate complex environment. Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Interested in the business and driven by contributing to company success.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Solutions oriented mindset, structured, gets things done and on time.
- Strong inner drive to make a difference and contribute.
