Pour mon client, une société active dans la mobilité internationale, nous recrutons un/e
**Payroll & HR Administrator à 100%**.

**Vos activités chez votre futur employeur**
- Préparation de la paie mensuelle (saisie des données et des variables, cotisations sociales, rapports de dépenses, salaires et campagnes de bonus, retenue d'impôt, régimes de retraite et d'assurance maladie, etc...)
- Production des bulletins de paie mensuels
- Exécution des tâches administratives pré et post-paie (vérifications de sécurité sociale, congés maladie et congés payés, demandes de permis de travail ou renouvellements, rapports de paie, rapprochements mensuels et annuels des paies, etc...)
- Suivi des mouvements des employés: arrivées, départs, transferts, détachements
- Production et distribution de divers documents destinés aux employés: relevés de salaire, formulaires de chômage, rapports d'assurance, retours clients, etc...
- Grande diversité d'autres tâches administratives liées au cycle de vie des employés

**Vos atouts pour votre futur employeur**
- Certificat d'Assistant(e) RH suisse ou qualification suisse équivalente
- ** Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant que spécialiste de la paie au sein d'une entreprise basée en Suisse**:

- Une expérience dans la gestion de la paie pour des expatriés internationaux / détachés serait un sérieux avantage
- Excellente connaissance des systèmes de gestion de la paie (ProConcept ou autres)
- Solide connaissance de la sécurité sociale suisse, des assurances, des régimes de retraite, du droit du travail, etc...
- ** Langue maternelle française avec un excellent niveau d'anglais (minimum C1, bilingue serait un plus)**:

- À l'aise avec les chiffres, les activités administratives et tous les derniers systèmes informatiques de bureau (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Suisse ou titulaire d'un permis de travail suisse valide
