**Patient Engagement Administrative Professional**
Our client is a leading global player in the Pharmaceutical industry with global headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. We are currently looking for a **Patient Engagement Administrative Professional** for a **12 month contract** to be based in **Basel, Switzerland**.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- General Project Coordination: Deals with complex projects, coordination and organizational assignments independently
- Overseeing and day to day management of the business schedule of the Head PE CoE, with full responsibility for ensuring effective meeting planning and a sensible work schedule
- Support preparation and meeting summaries in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Manage and maintain various SharePoint sites including content updates, organizational charts and distribution list
- Travel Management and Expenses
- Handling of project and event management
- Patient organization workshops and webcasts
- Manage project budget including opening, maintaining and closing Purchase Orders and SLAs including oversight of related budget tracking
- On and off boarding of the CoE team members
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Commercial training (e.g. Swiss Association of Commercial Employees, business school) or equivalent (e.g. other vocational qualification, must have very good administrative skills/experience)
- At least 3 years of experience as an Administrative Expert in a large matrix organization
- Experience in project management and coordination
- Attention to detail with ability to set priorities and profound project management skills
- Diplomatic communicator with intercultural experience
- Enjoys handling a diverse, demanding workload
- Full proficiency in MS Office with a strong expertise in Outlook, MS Teams and Excel and power point
- SharePoint capabilities
- Aptitude for learning new software and tools
