Dans le cadre d’une augmentation des activités de la société, nous recherchons **un(e) assistant(e) **souhaitant rejoindre une équipe jeune, dynamique, qui partage nos valeurs d’entraide et de travail. Vous serez directement rattaché(e) à la responsable du pôle administratif et financier, actuellement en charge de 6 secteurs stratégiques : finances, ressources humaines, juridique, fiscalité, comptabilité et office management.

**L’assistant(e) **aidera la responsable dans les domaines des **ressources humaines, l’office management, et la gestion d’évènements et sera un soutien pour d'autres tâches diverses (facturation et autres tâches adminsitratives)**

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- **Formation bac +2/+3 **idéalement **école de commerce ou Université de droit **(des connaissances en RH, finances, comptabilité, droit français et/ou suisse sont valorisées)
- **Expérience préalable en RH et/ou administratif en entreprise**, idéalement en Suisse. Des connaissances du système Suisse sont appréciées
- **Français courant / Anglais bon niveau**. Vous pouvez parler anglais avec un collaborateur à l'oral comme à l'écrit. Notions / connaissances en allemand sont un plus
- De bonne présentation, vous êtes très **organisé, curieux, dynamique**, avec un bon sens de **l’anticipation**:

- Vous aimez rédiger et créer de nouveaux outils, supports et documents

**VOS RESPONSABILITÉS**

**Ressources humaines**
- Gérer le cycle de vie du collaborateur (entrée, en poste, sortie) dans le respect des procédures. Lien avec les assurances, les administrations etc. saisie et suivi dans les outils dédiés
- Répondre aux demandes RH des collaborateurs en accord avec votre responsable
- Rédaction de supports RH pour les salariés
- Gestion du planning des deadlines de votre responsable

**Administratif / Office management**
- Réception et traitement des courriers
- Relation avec les fournisseurs : assurances, contrats d’abonnements, gestion des sinistre, bureaux, locations
- Gestion et relance facture

**Gestion d’évènements**
- Organiser des évènements corporate et toute la communication liée
