**Open Programs - Corporate Solutions Lead**
**The Job's Mission**
The Open Programs Corporate Solutions Lead supports the growth of open programs (B2B2C) sales to corporates working closely with the Market Directors. This includes putting together unique creative winning solutions/proposals to client’s needs and challenges by leveraging the IMD open program portfolio, follow up on leads from lead to close.
The role of Open Programs Corporate Solutions Lead is to act as a trusted advisor on the open programs on the open program portfolio to corporates and offer the best learning solutions to individuals out of the full IMD portfolio.
**Key Activities & Accountabilities**
- Follow up on open program (B2B2C) leads delegated from the Market Directors.
- Diagnose a client’s learning and development needs based and knowledge of how IMD can help and what possible L&D solutions may look like.
- Map IMD’s open program portfolio to various levels of the client and creating learning pathways for individuals in organizations.
- Analyse custom programs requests and client’s needs, evaluate the adequate resources to engage in the response.
- Assist in the design of combined Custom Programs (CP) + Open Programs (OP) solutions
- integrating the OP portfolio effectively in CP solutions.
- Cooperate with Executive Developmennt Services (EDS) and get expert help in selecting programs for individuals if needed.
- Follow up on sales effort
- from opportunity to close.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the clients and offer the best learning solutions to the client out of the full IMD open program portfolio.
- Support faculty or the Directors in proposal presentations to clients (at the client site, on the phone or via video).
- Utilize departmental sales processes and client classification schemas.
- Meet departmental expectations for activity, CRM documentation (contacts, accounts and custom opportunities) and overall approach.
**Education**
- Bachelor or Master degree in business or other equivalent.
**Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience with an outstanding track record of achievement working in leadership development, executive education, or business development/sales positions.

- Ability to orally present clear and compelling ideas to our clients and also internally

- Outstanding teamwork and organizational skills: Open Programs Corporate Solutions Lead works closely with clients, Market Directors, Custom Programs Directors, EDS team and other members of the Business Development Team.

- Excellent time management: Ability to allocate the appropriate resources to each client request, meet deadlines and work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
