Job description

We are looking for a Senior Change Manager with a dual expertise in Change and Project Management for an information security management project. As a Change Manager will need to understand the challenges related to information sensitivity, be capable of occupying a cross-functional position, and communicate effectively with all involved teams.

**Your responsabilities**:
Manage the change process within the information security project, utilizing the PROSCI methodology to ensure a smooth transition.
Oversee the project as a whole, coordinating resources, establishing plans, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to integrate information security requirements throughout the project.
Ensure clear and regular communication with all stakeholders, including internal and external teams.
Participate in risk management and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

**Your profile**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in a similar technical business analyst role
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
Strong proficiency in SQL and database management
Experience with technical integration and regulatory projects preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of the banking sector, particularly in tax and fiscal regulations
