**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). **Job description**:
We are looking for a Senior Change Manager with a dual expertise in Change and Project Management for an information security management project. As a Change Manager will need to understand the challenges related to information sensitivity, be capable of occupying a cross-functional position, and communicate effectively with all involved teams.

**Your responsabilities**:

- Manage the change process within the information security project, utilizing the PROSCI methodology to ensure a smooth transition.
- Oversee the project as a whole, coordinating resources, establishing plans, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to integrate information security requirements throughout the project.
- Ensure clear and regular communication with all stakeholders, including internal and external teams.
- Participate in risk management and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar technical business analyst role
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management
- Experience with technical integration and regulatory projects preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of the banking sector, particularly in tax and fiscal regulations
