**Change Manager/ Responsable conduite du changement H/F**

Missions:

- Initier et conduire des projets d’amélioration continue et de changement, en assurant la digitalisation et la mise en place d’outils informatiques adéquats
- Conduire l’**amélioration continue** des procédures et des flux administratifs visant à l’optimisation de la qualité et de l’efficacité des services, en fonction des commentaires et des problèmes identifiés sur le terrain, en accord avec les normes de qualité du domaine médical
- Communiquer avec les différents départements pour s’assurer la compréhension et de l’adhésion aux nouveaux changements
- Gérer la transition pour les employés afin de garantir un impact mínimal sur leur productivité
- Evaluer l’efficacité des nouveaux changements pour s’assurer de leur pertinence pour l’entreprise
- Accompagner la digitalisation et la mise en place des outils informatiques appropriés
- Être le principal point de contact dans les partenariats avec les assurances maladie, défendre la stratégie de la clinique en termes de structure tarifaire et de valorisation de la qualité, et participer aux négociations
- Coopérer avec les assurances dans l’intérêt commun de l’efficience administrative
- Analyser les chiffres clefs liés aux factures et prestations
- Gérer les feuilles de route et le suivi des objectifs des services GAP (plan d’amélioration, formations, etc), garantir leur mise en œuvre efficace pour l'entreprise et pour la satisfaction du client.
- Etablir, maintenir et communiquer un KPI pour chaque processus des Services Facturation et Secrétariat Médical.

Profil recherché:

- Expérience demandée en optimisation des process au sein d’une entreprise
- Vous avez une ou plusieurs expériences réussies dans des projets de **Change management** en environnement agile dans des contextes culturels variés
- Capacité à manager une équipe multidisciplinaire
- Français/ Anglais obligatoire
- ** Allemand** un réel atout
