Deine Aufgaben

**Finance**:

- Du übernimmst den Aufbau des lokalen Accounting Teams
- Du verantwortest die vollständige bilanzielle Abbildung aller Geschäftsvorfälle
- Du stellst die ordnungsgemäße Erstellung der Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR und IFRS sicher
- Dabei hältst du gruppeninterne sowie gesetzliche Bilanzierungs
- und Rechnungslegungsstandards ein
- Du baust interne Kontrollsysteme auf und entwickelst diese stetig weiter
- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für Banken, Steuerberater, Wirtschafts
- und Betriebsprüfer
- Du leitest fachliche Projekte im beschriebenen Tätigkeitsfeld
- Du berichtest an die Finanzfunktion innerhalb der CLARK Group und reist hierzu regelmäßig nach Frankfurt am Main

**Compliance**:

- Du wirst unser lokaler “Compliance-Champion” und begleitest den gruppenweiten Aufbau unserer Compliance-Organisation
- Du verantwortest die lokale Implementierung der Konzernrichtlinien, Arbeitsanweisungen und des Compliance-Reportings
- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner in Sachen Wohlverhalten und berätst unsere Kolleg: innen und unterstützt hierbei die Weiterentwicklung des Geschäfts
- Du schulst Geschäftsleitung und Mitarbeiter und hilfst dadurch Risiken zu steuern und zu vermeiden
- Du begleitest Partnerschaften, IT-Projekte, Datenschutz, HR-Themen und den Ausbau unsere Vertragsmanagement (einschließlich Third-Party-Compliance)
- Du unterstützt des Aufbau des IKS für die Steuerung der Compliance-Risiken und schaffst die Verknüpfung zur Finanzberichterstattung
- Du berichtest für diesen Teil unabhängig an Group Compliance (dotted-line)

Was wir suchen
- Du hast ein erfolgreich absolviertes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Finance oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Du bringst umfangreiche, mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Finance, Accounting und Compliance - idealerweise aus dem Prüfungsumfeld - mit
- Du verfügst über einschlägige Führungserfahrung, Teamgeist und ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und Motivationskraft
- Zu deinen Stärken zählen strategisches Denkvermögen sowie eine analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
