**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Reporting directly to the Lung Cancer Franchise Head, you will lead a brand team and will be involved in the maximization of the current Lung cancer portfolio and in the launch preparation of a new product and upcoming indications.
- Leading the development of the annual brand strategic plan for the indications under your responsibility and will coordinate its execution.
- In this role, you are constantly informed about market conditions and incorporate them into your planning.
- Collaborating with regulatory affairs, market access and medical to ensure adequate implementation of the planned activities. Including (but not restricted to) promotional materials, educational events, strategic projects, patient support programs and omnichannel campaigns.
- Working closely with the sales force and are also responsible for its product-related marketing training.
- Maintaining contacts with opinion leaders and represent our company at scientific and promotional events.
- Being responsible for the annual budgeting (costs and sales) and will supervise these goals on an ongoing basis.

**Essential for the role**:

- Proven experience as a marketeer in pharmaceutical companies. Previous experience in oncology (especially in the areas of Lung Cancer) is highly desirable.
- Experience in launch preparation and leading cross functional teams
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills. You know how to influence others and how to lead cross-functional partners at various seniority levels
- Languages: proficient in German and English. French is a plus.
