To support the development of the business and deliver our ambition we are growing our team and recruiting a **Finance Partner Oncology - Switzerland**
You are a sounding board and financial sparring partner for your internal colleagues from marketing, medical, sales and market access, as well as for the management of the organization. You maintain the right balance between staying high level and understanding the details, you ask critical questions and give independent advice (asked and/or unsolicited). As a Finance Business Partner, you are jointly responsible for the delivery of the financial and commercial objectives of the Swiss Oncology Business Unit (OBU). You will be reporting into the CFO Switzerland and dotted line to the Head of Oncology Switzerland. You will be part of the Swiss Oncology Leadership team.
**Your challenge**
- Lead the financial and business planning as well as the reporting cycle for the OBU.
- Assume joint accountability with the business for the accuracy of sales forecasts, with an excellent understanding of the business model and financial drivers, ensuring appropriate investment / resourcing.
- Be an active contributor to our strategic alliances, co-shaping the Go-to-Market model and monitoring performance. Track progress and translate the outcomes into actionable financial recommendations.
- Indirectly manage 1 colleague from our Finance Service Centres dedicated to the Swiss market. Ensure business continuity in terms of reporting & analysis, act as a coach and mentor to contribute to their development
- Drive P&L management, ensure accurate and timely monthly reporting, facilitate high quality cost management by the budget holders.
- Own the Gross to Net Revenue process, design and regularly update a solid process, cross-functionally aligned with the Market Access and Pricing teams as well as with the relevant Medical and commercial stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations for relevant finance, cross-functional, business and planning review meetings and assume lead role from Finance function to present during the Oncology business meetings.
- Provide input to business cases (e.g. launch, investment decisions, market access, pricing & reimbursement).
- As a member of the Oncology Leadership Team, assume joint accountability for leading and growing the OBU organization
- Connect in the local and global organization within the finance function and cross-functionally, build and leverage your network, bring an active contribution by sharing local practices.
- Participate actively in the Oncology Brand Teams bringing the finance perspective, by sharing information and knowledge, advising and challenging team members.
- Identify and act on continuous improvement and simplification (e.g. leverage technology, processes, governance).
- Develop the financial understanding of the non-finance colleagues.
**Your profile**
- Qualified finance professional.
- Minimum of 5 years of Finance Business Partnering/ Controlling experience within an international commercial organization, preferably Pharma, Biotech. Desired understanding of the drug development life cycle, commercial as well as market access and pricing aspects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Fluent German highly desirable.
- Experience with financial systems (SAP, SmartView or other reporting systems) and able to learn fast new systems. Advanced Excel skills. Good Power BI knowledge desired.
